Hugs relax muscles and release tension for example if you are really tensed by a test they can make you feel better or when you are getting shots some people like me squeeze their muscles and the hug will help you relax and stay calm

Hugs are beneficial because they teach us how to give and receive. There is equal value in receiving and being receptive to warmth as to giving and sharing hugs educate us how love flows both ways.

Hugs strength the immune system, the gentle pressure on the sternum and the emotional charge, this creates the Solar plexus Chakra.
